Boxing Day

On Boxing Day, the kids and I drove up to my parents house to visit with my family.  Terry stayed behind and saw everyone off at our house as he had duty the next day.  We had a great time!  Cele came by and found her little friend again and bonded.

The kids opened more gifts.  The angry bird hats were a hit!  They also got spoiled rotten yet again.  My favorite gift was season passes to the local water park!  I cannot wait until it gets hot and we can use them:)

Seemed like everyone had a turn holding Kailey-she is such a cuddly dog.  Sadly, she did not do so well with her potty training at their house.  I felt very bad for all of her accidents!  But she got me back on the drive back as she peed in my car-it was very sad.

While at my parents house, we ate  lots of tarts and basically sat by the fire and chatted.  I LOVED it.  It was so relaxing and so nice to be a guest and not the host for a day!  I wish that we lived closer to my grandparents-I miss seeing them every week.  I could have sat there for a week and been very satisfied:)
