Christmas Eve

We had a nice Christmas Eve.  Some of the family went to church.  The rest of us stayed home and cooked and played.  After dinner, Terry and I got a bit romantic:)

We watched Elf and the kids opened one present.

They all chose the same present by chance and it was a huge donut cake maker!

My kids especially loved them!

After we got the kids in bed near ten at night, we set about getting all of the presents out.  It looked like an avalanche of presents!  But then again, all of those presents were for 14 people.  After arranging all of the presents, we adults stayed up shooting the breeze for a while.  It was really nice to have almost all of the family together-we were only missing two of the granddaughters.  A fantastic Christmas Eve!
