Grandma and Boompa

Most nights, this is where Bill and Marilyn could be found.  They each took up one end of the couch with their ipads.  However, most of the time they had kids hovering around them watching what they were doing! Many sports games were watched and lots of food was eaten.  Terry also took them to downtown Norfolk to visit Nauticus and the USS Wisconsin.

This is what I made them this year.  I didn't want to post anything before Christmas lest I gave the surprise away.  There are four Celtic knot pillows and a Christmas lap quilt.  I really had a lot of fun making these.  One day maybe I'll make an entire quilt from them.  And the quilt  came out nicely as well-just a quick Christmas lap quilt.  I think that Bill and Marilyn liked their gifts so all is well!
